Sentencia N° 432, que declara con lugar la solicitud de sobreseimiento interpuesta por el abogado JESÚS ALEJANDRO LORETO, defensor del ciudadano ARTURO MANUITT CAMEJO, a favor del ciudadano LORENZO ZAMBRANO TREVIÑO, por haberse comprobado el fallecimiento del referido ciudadano, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 49, numeral 1, en concordancia con el artículo 300, numeral 3 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal; así como, declara con lugar la solicitud de sobreseimiento incoada por el abogado JESÚS ALEJANDRO LORETO, defensor del ciudadano ARTURO MANUITT CAMEJO, a favor de los ciudadanos ARMANDO GARCÍA, HÉCTOR MEDINA AGUIAR y otros, por haber operado la prescripción ordinaria de la acción penal, según lo dispuesto en los artículos 108, numeral 5, y 110 del Código Penal, todo ello, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 300, numeral 3 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal.
