Sentencia N° 71, que declara improcedente la solicitud de extradición pasiva de la ciudadana ISIS ERVIRANA LÓPEZ ABARCA, de nacionalidad venezolana, titular de la cédula de identidad número V-17.011.420, requerida por la República Portuguesa, por la comisión del delito de "Tráfico de Estupefacientes". Asume el firme compromiso que la referida ciudadana, cumplirá ante la jurisdicción venezolana, la pena de 4 años, 2 meses y 13 días de prisión, impuesta en la condena aplicada por las autoridades de la República Portuguesa, por la comisión del delito antes mencionado. Se mantiene la medida de privación judicial preventiva de libertad que pesa sobre la ciudadana ISIS ERVIRANA LÓPEZ ABARCA, hasta tanto el Tribunal de Ejecución correspondiente se pronuncie con la premura del caso sobre la solicitud planteada por la defensa. SOLICITUD DE EXTRADICIÓN PASIVA DEL CIUDADANO ROCHEL ANTONIO REYES ABAD, REQUERIDO POR EL REINO DE LOS PAÍSES BAJOS (CURAZAO).

Sentencia N° 72, que declara procedente la solicitud de extradición pasiva del ciudadano ROCHEL ANTONIO REYES ABAD, de nacionalidad dominicana, identificado en el expediente con el pasaporte de República Dominicana N° EX0365166, presentada por el Reino de los Países Bajos (Curazao), para su enjuiciamiento por la presunta comisión de los "Delitos de Complicidad en la Importación o Posesión de Estupefacientes y Complicidad en la Posesión de Arma de Fuego". La extradición está supeditada al compromiso por parte del país requirente de las garantías establecidas en la sentencia. Se mantiene la medida de privación judicial preventiva de libertad del nombrado ciudadano, hasta tanto se haga efectiva su entrega al Reino de los Países Bajos (Curazao).
