Se recibe, vía correspondencia, el oficio VPISJ N° 0619-24, del Viceministerio de Política Interior y Seguridad Jurídica del Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones Interiores, Justicia y Paz, mediante el cual remite recaudos que guardan relación con el proceso.

Se recibe, vía correspondencia, el oficio N° 440/2023, de la Sala N° 2 de la Corte de Apelaciones del Circuito Judicial Penal del estado Bolívar, extensión Puerto Ordaz, mediante el cual remite la primera pieza del asunto principal signado FJ12-P-2020-000142, contentivo del proceso penal seguido a los ciudadanos MARÍA GABRIELA DE LOS ÁNGELES SUÁREZ TORRES, ADNEL JOSÉ ATTIE PÉREZ y PEDRO VICENTE MARTÍNEZ JIMÉNEZ.

RECURSO DE CASACIÓN INTERPUESTO POR LOS ABOGADOS GILBERTO ALFREDO LANDAETA GORDON E ITAMAR JOSÉ MATERANO LIMPIO, EN EL PROCESO PENAL SEGUIDO A LOS CIUDADANOS NERIMAR YEILA SÁNCHEZ MACHUCA Y JHEAM FRANK CAMPOS ALVARADO.
