Asume el firme compromiso ante el Reino de España, que el referido ciudadano, será juzgado por la comisión de los delitos de Legitimación de Capitales, Asociación y Apropiación o Distracción del Patrimonio Público, en grado de Cooperador Inmediato, con las debidas seguridades y garantías constitucionales y procesales penales consagradas en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, así mismo, se tomará en cuenta el tiempo que esté detenido en el Reino de España. Asume el firme compromiso ante el Gobierno de la República de Colombia, que la referida ciudadana, será juzgada por los delitos mencionados, con las debidas seguridades y garantías constitucionales y procesales penales consagradas en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, así mismo, se tomará en cuenta el tiempo que ha estado detenida en la República de Colombia.
